GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all mandate relationships between the law firm Koelln & Stotz and their clients, unless otherwise explicitly agreed.
2. Conclusion of Contract
A mandate contract is only concluded by acceptance by the law firm.
3. Services
The law firm provides legal services to the best of its knowledge and conscience and in accordance with the professional regulations.
4. Remuneration
Remuneration is based on the Lawyer Remuneration Act (RVG), unless an explicit fee agreement has been made.
5. Liability
The law firm's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, insofar as legally permissible.
6. Final Provisions
If individual provisions of these GTC are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. German law applies.
